What is the Awakening of the Consciousness of the Observer?

A Radical Paradigm Shift — A Quantum Leap in Consciousness…

The Awakening of the Consciousness of the Observer is a process of profound transformation that implies a change in perception and an expansion of consciousness. It is the awakening from the dream state in which we normally live, toward a state of full consciousness and presence.

Beyond the Mind — Beyond Thought…

It is about transcending identification with the ego, constant thinking, and the limitations imposed by our beliefs and conditioning. It is a journey of self-discovery that allows us to connect with our authentic being and live with greater freedom and purpose.

The Importance of Inner Work

01

Foundations

Inner work is fundamental to the Awakening of the Consciousness of the Observer. It is a process of conscious self-exploration and self-knowledge that allows us to know and understand our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behavioral patterns.

02

Liberation

By understanding our roots and causes, we can begin to free ourselves from the limitations that prevent us from living a full and authentic life. Inner work leads us to greater awareness of our thoughts, emotions and actions.

03

Growth

It is a journey of Inner transformation that helps us heal wounds, overcome obstacles and reach a state of emotional and mental balance.

Self-Knowledge through Self-Observation…

1

Self-Observation

Self-Observation is a fundamental tool for self-knowledge. It consists of observing our thoughts, emotions and actions with deep attention and without judgment.

2

Consciousness of the Observer

By observing without judging, we begin to become aware of our thought patterns, our emotions and our behavior.

3

The Observer modifies the Observed

This process allows us to understand our motivations, our beliefs and the causes of our suffering. It is a crucial step for the Manifestation of our Greatest Dreams.

Eliminating Conditioning and Limiting Beliefs…

1

Conditioning

Conditioning consists of thought and behavioral patterns we have learned throughout life. These patterns can limit us and hinder our personal growth.

2

Beliefs

Limiting beliefs are false ideas we have accepted as truths. These beliefs can block our potential and keep us in a state of suffering.

3

Liberation

To awaken consciousness, it is essential to free ourselves from these conditionings and limiting beliefs. Through inner work, we can question our beliefs and replace them with a new perspective.

Attentive Observation and the Consciousness of the Observer…

1

Attentive Observation

Attentive Observation is the primary tool of the Observer. It is the ability to be conscious in the present moment without judging, without justifying and without condemning. It is a practice that helps us develop Consciousness of the World of Ideas, Thoughts, Emotions and the body…

2

Consciousness of the Observer

The Consciousness of the Observer is the ability to observe our internal and external experience without reacting. It is a state of alert perception and receptivity that allows us to live with greater clarity and presence.

3

Benefits

Developing Attentive Observation allows us to give rise to the Consciousness of the Observer, a Consciousness Beyond Thought. This helps us connect with our inner being, with our own Soul, with our Spirit, with our own Divinity.

The Role of Emotions in Awakening

Emotions are a fundamental element of the human being. They indicate what is happening in our internal and external world.

01

Observation

When Awakening the Consciousness of the Observer, it is very important to consider our emotions, with Attentive Observation directed at what we think and also at what we feel.

02

Understanding

Emotions give us valuable information about our needs, desires and beliefs. By understanding them, we can learn to manage them in a healthy way and release the suffering they may cause.

Discovering the Spirit and the Soul, beyond the ego…

The Spirit

The Human Spirit is the very essence of our Being, it is the Spark of Life manifested in our physical reality. It is a fractal of the Divine Spirit, adapted to the Spirit of Life. It is Unity as the Purpose of Love. It is what connects us directly with our Creator.

The Sutratma

It is the Bridge between the Soul and the Spirit, it could be said that it is extremely subtle, thin as a very fine silk thread. Its purpose is to nourish the Spirit with synthesis and extracts of experiences in a conscious way.

The Soul

The Soul is the deepest part of ourselves. It is formed by Synthesis, Extracts, and Ideas — not by thoughts. The Soul possesses an Immortal Millennial Memory. It is the source of love, peace and wisdom.

The Antahkarana

The Antahkarana is the bridge that unites the ego with the Soul. To Awaken Consciousness, it is essential to transmute the ego and build our own Antahkarana, in order to finally connect with our own Soul and inherit a Millennial Memory.

The Ego

The ego is our personality, the part of us that identifies with the body, the mind, the emotions and social roles. It gives us a sense of identity and security, but it can also deeply limit us and cause us pain and destabilizing suffering.

Tools for Introspection…

Conscious Self-Observation

Attentive Observation must be directed toward what we Think, Feel, Say and Do. When all of this aligns, this is Congruence…

Consciousness of Focus

In life we don't get what we want, in life we get what we focus on. What is your mind focusing on right now? Self-observe with Attention…

Reflective Consciousness

Thinking is natural. Reflecting on what has been thought is Reflective Consciousness. This will help us recognize our Internal Dialogue of Personal Transformation.

1

Self-Knowledge

It is very important to Self-Observe. It is crucial to understand our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behavioral patterns.

2

Liberation

The next step is to free ourselves from the limitations embedded by our beliefs that prevent us from living a fuller and more authentic life.

3

Transformation

Transformation is a continuous process that implies changes in our perception, our beliefs and our behavior.
